About Kall Video

Kall Video: a kosher video player with Jewish music, shiurim and kids' programs

Kall Video is a free kosher video player: hand-picked Jewish music, shiurim, Yiddish and kids' videos, with no comments, no suggestions and no links out. How it works and how to use it.

Looking for kosher videos without the rest of the internet attached? That is exactly what Kall Video is for.

What Kall Video is

Kall Video is a clean, free player for Jewish videos: music videos from heimish singers, shiurim, Yiddish programs, kids' content and podcasts. Every channel is hand-picked and run through a kosher filter before it reaches the shelf. There are no comments, no "up next" suggestions, no autoplay into things you did not choose, and no links out.

It works in any browser on a phone, tablet or computer, and it does not need an account.

What you will find

How to use it

  1. Open video.kallin1.com.
  2. The home shelf shows the newest picks. Scroll by shelf (Music, Shiurim, Kids, Shorts).
  3. Tap Search and type a singer, a topic or a Yiddish word. Hebrew and Yiddish search work.
  4. Tap Channels to browse by channel, and tap any channel to see everything it has.
  5. Tap the bookmark icon on a video to save it to your Library.

How the filter works

Every title and description is checked against a word list that keeps out war, politics, news and anything not meant for a frum home. Whole channels are either in or out: nothing comes in from a channel that was not reviewed. If something still slips through, the Report button sends it to us and it is pulled.

Works with your filter

Kall Video is built to work behind the phone filters common in our community. If a page ever loads blank, refresh once; the app switches to a filter-friendly mode on its own.

Install it like an app

On iPhone, tap Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android, tap Install. Kall Video opens full-screen with no browser bar.
